The Firefly CAL: Alliance Flag and Shiny

Happy Friday, crafters!

It seems like all of my weeks lately have felt really, really long and tiresome. But Friday is finally here, which means the weekend is coming, which means I get to have some quality crochet time! Hooray!

This week’s squares are the Alliance Flag (boo!) and the Shiny square (yay!)–and they both turned out pretty great. I especially love the Shiny square! The colors are so vibrant and seem to capture the way the series makes you feel–don’t you think?

You can download the PDF graph for the Shiny square here.

You can download the PDF graph for the Alliance Flag square here.

Each PDF contains a graph and a legend that lists the hook size and the recommended yarn for that square. They also have arrows on them and are arranged for use with the C2C method, starting in the bottom-right corner of the graphs.

Wondering where the written instructions are? You can find more information on why they’re not here in this post.

Looking for the yardage/color chart? Find it here!

Want to start, but you’re not familiar with C2C? Check out our tutorial series here.

Missed the first few squares? Check out available squares here!

Next week’s squares are Wash’s Dinosaurs and the Leaf on the Wind. These ones will be super fun to make! I can’t wait to start on them as soon as I get home tonight!

Happy crafting!

Thank you for designing all these wonderful squares! Unfortunately the Alliance Flag pdf isn’t loading for me (‘Shiny’ is fine).
