Crochet Along, Graphghans

Mid-Week Wrap-Up

Happy Wednesday, crafters!

I have been sick with a yucky cold these last couple of days, and I’m back home again today, too. But the good news is, my internet is back!

Because I stayed home from work yesterday, we were actually able to have the technicians come take a look. Turns out that some squirrels had been chewing away at the drop from the pole outside–those naughty little things! (But I still love them!)

Anyway, this means that I can cuddle up on my couch with my crochet and my cold medicine and put on one of my favorite shows. Because the internet was out for most of yesterday, I put in some Game of Thrones DVDs and worked on my House Lannister banner. I may do the same today!

I made some really great progress yesterday, all things considered. When the yarn first arrived, I’ll admit that I wasn’t 100% sure about the yellow–but I love it. Apparently I have some decent instincts about colors. Who knew?

I am just loving the way this banner is turning out. I hope this means a turning of the tide for my crojo, but I’m keeping my hopes low. One stitch at a time!

I hope everyone is staying healthy and happy. Keep crafting!

  1. I hope you get to feeling better soon. I’ve been fighting a chest cold for 3 weeks now. I had to put some technical crocheting on hold because I just couldn’t concentrate on the pattern.
