Today, I'm sharing a guest post from Jeris of the wonderfully nerdy blog Fandom Knitting + Crochet. Jeris is multi-talented and a fellow Potterhead, and she's put together a fantastic guest post that's all about yarns for fandoms!
I've finally designed a collection of Disney princess to go with it, and they turned out amazing. I designed these Disney Prince graphs as a guest post on the Fandom Knitting + Crochet blog, and it was so much fun!
As 2017 begins to wind down, I've taken some time to reflect on all of the wonderful projects and happenings that this year has brought to the Two Hearts Crochet family. It's been a magical year!
Not a big Frozen fan? LET IT GO! PDF patterns of these mini Anna and Elsa amis will come soon. For now, enjoy this really long blog post with both patterns!
It's been a busy weekend for us in the Two Hearts house.
If you've visited the blog lately, you may have seen a new pop-up message come across your screen...
Well, the good news is that I have the rest of this week off from work. The bad news is that it's not for fun. I am having more dental work done. Yes, more. For those who've been following along, you know that I've spent the last two years in and out of the dentist's… Continue reading Here’s to a LONG weekend…
Tuesday Tip: If you are stuck on a project and you've lost your crojo, if you just can't bring yourself to continue on that project, don't feel obligated to keep going. Give yourself permission to stop. You can always pick it up again later.
If you're a Star Wars fan, then you know how much fun May 4th can be! To celebrate in my own crafty style, I've made a mini Princess Leia! And best of all, I'm offering her pattern FREE and IMMEDIATELY!
Happy Saturday, crafters! I know what you're thinking--Saturday? Yup. This delay has been the result of lovely dental visit, but that's okay! Like thousands of others, I've never been a fan of dentistry. But, now facing a root canal, I can honestly say that I'd rather just have the root canal than suffer from the… Continue reading Anna, Els and Hans(Princess & Villains CAL)
Happy happy Friday, crafters! It's been a rough week in my house, but we're fighting off this cold and moving forward with this CAL! This week's squares are Merida and Mor'du (the evil bear) from Brave, and Rapunzel and Mother Gothel from Tangled. I just finished Rapunzel's square last night, and she looks so great! I'll try… Continue reading Merida, Mor’du, Rapunzel and Mother Gothel (Princess & Villains CAL)
It's Friday evening, which means two things: This post is a few hours late. My apologies! You'd think wedding stuff would end with, you know, the wedding--but you'd be wrong, especially if you're changing your name! I spent all morning running around and waiting in long lines trying to order a new Social Security card.… Continue reading Mulan, Shan Yu, Tiana and Dr. Facilier (Princess & Villains CAL)
Happy Friday, crafters! I apologize for the delayed release of this week's squares. I found out that one of my co-workers is leaving our office, and I just had to make her a Hufflepuff scarf for her farewell party today! Now that that's done, and with the three-day weekend coming up, it's back to the… Continue reading Pocahontas, Ratcliffe, Jasmine and Jafar (Princess & Villains CAL)
Happy Friday, crafters! I'm posting this as I'm off for my honeymoon, so I'll make it short and sweet! This week's squares are from The Little Mermaid, which was one of my all-time favorites when I was little. Who didn't want to be a mermaid? (Heck, I still want to be a mermaid!) Warning: the Ursula square… Continue reading Ariel and Ursula (Princess & Villains CAL)
Happy Friday, crafters! I know I've been a bit MIA for a while now, but I think I have a pretty good excuse! My wedding is only 5 short days away, so this post will be pretty brief. Also, my bride-brain forgot to remind me to take pictures of last week's squares AND this week's… Continue reading Belle & Gaston (Princess & Villains CAL)
